  2. Enter the key reference in the boxes below. Make sure to include all characters exactly as they appear.
  3. Specify the quantity of keys needed (optional). The default is 1 if no quantity is entered.

General Questions

  • How do I find my key reference number?
    Your key reference number is typically stamped or engraved on the key itself. Sometimes the key number is not stamped or is missing some identifiers. We will contact you if we need more information.
  • How long will it take to receive my replacement keys?
    We offer next day delivery as standard. Small orders are shipped with first class postage, and larger orders will go recorded or special delivery as necessary.

  • What keys do you supple?
    We supply a large range of replacement keys for many different manufacturers. We mainly supply office furniture, locker, and similar keys.
    Please note: We do not supply car keys, door keys, and we do not offer callout services.

Ordering Issues

  • What if I only have a partial key reference number?
    We need the complete key reference to ensure you receive the correct replacement. If you only have a partial reference, please contact us at sales@keysplease.co.uk to help identify your key based on other information.
  • Can I order multiple different keys in one order?
    Yes, you can add multiple keys to your cart before checkout. For large orders with many different keys, we recommend submitting a spreadsheet to sales@keysplease.co.uk.
  • My key reference contains both letters and numbers. Do I need to enter them exactly?
    Yes, please enter the complete reference exactly as it appears, including any letters or numbers.

Technical Questions

  • Will my replacement key work with my existing lock?
    As long as you provide the correct key reference number, your replacement key will work with your existing lock.
  • Can I order a master key for my system?
    Yes, you can order master keys if your locks are able to take mastrers. Please enter the full reference into the search box.

Payment & Shipping

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers for larger orders.
    We also support invoices and POs, please get in contact with us at sales@keysplease.co.uk to be setup on account.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship to any country covered by Royal Mail. Please see their website for more details.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity?
    Yes, we have a minimum order quantity of two keys.
